Refund Policy for Progress Plus - A Product of Gigfolioo Technologies Private Limited

At Gigfolioo Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality online skill courses through our platform, Progress Plus. We understand that circumstances may arise where a student needs to request a refund for their enrolled course. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

• The refund policy is applicable only within the first 3 days from the date of course lectures.
• To be eligible for a refund, the student must submit their refund request within the stipulated 3-day period.

2. Refund Calculation:

• We offer a full refund of the course fee, excluding the applicable 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) imposed by the Government of India.
• The refund will be calculated based on the actual course fee paid by the student, excluding the GST amount.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, the student must contact our customer support team via email at refund@progressplus.in within the first 3 days of course enrollment.
• The refund request must include the student's full name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for seeking a refund.
• Upon receiving the refund request, our team will verify the enrollment details and calculate the refund amount as per the policy.

4. Refund Disbursement:

• Once the refund amount is calculated, it will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving the refund request.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the course enrollment.
• The refunded amount will exclude the 18% GST but will include any other applicable charges or fees paid by the student.

5. No Refund After 3 Days:

• Refund requests made after the initial 3-day period will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the circumstances.
